100% whole-bunch, and the stems earn their place here. The nose is sharper and more focused than the 2015, peppermint, dried herbs, a cool-toned lift that keeps everything in check. On the palate, the tannins are fine and precise, the finish longer and more defined than its predecessor. Poised and self-assured. Excellent.
