Cranberry, wet stone and toasted brioche leap from the glass with real immediacy. This zero-dosage bottling draws from a quarter-hectare parcel, just fifteen rows, planted across ten Pinot Noir clones, and that genetic mosaic translates directly into the wine: layered, restless, difficult to fully resolve. Fine persistent bead lifts the fruit cleanly through the mid-palate, and the finish trails off long and stony, with a flinty, almost chalky pull that lingers well after the glass is empty.
