Bright and focused with excellent energy. Red cherry and raspberry weave through warming spice and crushed rose petals. The palate shows beautiful tension between zippy acidity and concentrated fruit, while bitter cherry gains sweetness through the middle. Eleven months in French oak (one-third new) adds polish without masking the wine's natural vibrancy. Fine tannins provide backbone. Long, spiced finish with floral lift.
