Quintarelli Bianco Secco 2015

The 2015 vintage brought exceptional heat and drought to Valpolicella, leading Quintarelli to vinify all the fruit fresh, skipping the drying that occasionally contributes to this wine. It works. White peach, golden apple, chamomile and sweet acacia blossom come together with a lift and brightness that feels almost effortless. Lively acidity threads through a layered, medium-bodied frame, finishing clean and long. Terrific stuff from one of the appellation's great names.
