Tightly wound and stony, with dried apricot, white blossom and a cool herbal edge threading through the nose. Fine bubbles carry a lean, focused energy on the palate, there's real grip here, the kind that comes from fruit with backbone rather than weight. Needs three to five years in the cellar to fully open up.
