Muga Torre Muga 2015

Dark, saturated ruby with a nose that opens confidently, boysenberry, black cherry, vanilla pod and incense, lifted by warm spice and a purity that keeps everything in focus. On the mouth it's full and generous, fruit building steadily through the mid-palate as mocha and spice cake notes fold into the core. Tannins are supple and well-knit, the oak fully absorbed. The finish trails off slowly, leaving a trace of candied florals and echoing red fruit. Drink now through 2030.
