Muga Blanco 2015

Bright straw in the glass. Ripe citrus, white peach, jasmine and chalky mineral notes lead on the nose, with a touch of vanilla from its three months in new French oak. Concentrated and tightly focused on the palate, orange zest, poached pear and toasted brioche, with lemongrass threading through as an unexpected exotic note. Dense but fresh, finishing long with fennel, honey and ginger riding a firm mineral spine.
