Lean in body but lifted by bright acidity and a mineral undercurrent that threads through wild berry fruit and savory herbs. It finishes long and faintly saline, with violet and lavender tones trailing behind. A quieter, more restrained expression from Quintarelli, less about power, more about precision and fragrance. Worth noting: the wine held up impressively over three days open, losing nothing essential.
