Pale copper-salmon, almost translucent in the glass. The nose opens on dried strawberry, dusty rose petal and a faint earthy musk, with chalky mineral running underneath. Juicy and inviting at first sip, it tightens through the mid-palate as citrus pith and brisk acidity take command. The finish is focused and saline, with a spicy snap that lingers. Two months in 1,000-liter American oak vats have added just enough texture to flesh out the wine's lean, tangy frame without softening its edges — a smart call for a rosado built on precision rather than generosity.
