Deep gold with a generous nose of tangerine zest, poached pear, honeycomb and toasted lees, a dried fig note adding quiet depth underneath. Focused and alive on the palate, with concentrated citrus and pear skin riding bright acidity alongside a firm, smoky streak of minerality. Power and finesse in easy balance. The finish is long and stony, trailing off with dusty minerals and ripe citrus.
