Crushed limestone and white blossom set the tone immediately, pure and tightly wound. Fine bubbles carry real energy through a palate of ripe orchard fruit held in check by bracing acidity, nothing soft or easy here, just terroir-driven tension. The finish stretches long, with a flinty, oyster-shell edge that zero dosage makes no effort to soften. Disgorged April 2017.
