Dark and brooding, with concentrated blackcurrant and cherry liqueur framed by graphite minerality. The palate shows classic Pauillac structure - firm yet polished tannins supporting waves of dark fruit, tobacco leaf and violet. Exceptional length with that distinctive Lafite refinement emerging on the finish. Drinking beautifully now but will reward patience through 2040.
