Orange zest and white peach leap from the glass, underpinned by a firm, chalky minerality that speaks clearly of the Pettenthal's limestone soils. On the palate, the wine is precise and tightly wound — there's real depth here, but it's compressed, not yet ready to give itself up. Patience is required. Best from 2019 through the mid-2020s.
