Dried apricot, honey, and toasted almonds come forward immediately, with chamomile and candied orange peel threading through the richness. For all its concentration, there's a surprising lightness here, floral lift keeps the sweetness in check and stops it from turning heavy. A textbook Chardonnay-based Ratafia from Vilmart, with enough depth to sip slowly.
