Coiled tight from the late harvest, Clos des Goisses 2013 opens with oyster shell, green apple and white pepper, a bracing, austere nose that keeps its cards close. Fine bubbles carry real textural weight on the palate, where chalky minerality and a steely backbone push back hard against any rush to drink it. There's serious depth buried here, but it needs time to surface. Hold until 2028 at the earliest; the full payoff likely lands somewhere around 2033–2035.
