Pale gold, clean and bright. This 90% viura, 10% malvasia blend leads with ripe melon, nectarine and fresh fig, ginger and a lift of delicate florals emerging as it breathes. Three months on lees in stainless steel lends a gentle creaminess — enough to add texture without dulling the variety's inherent freshness. Orchard and stone fruit flavors are focused and firm, underpinned by vivid acidity that gives real backbone. Honeydew and a faint smokiness carry through on a clean, lingering finish.
