Dense and imposing, with tarry fruit and earth dominating the palate. Formidable tannins grip hard, demanding serious cellaring to unlock the wine's potential. Cedar, tobacco and dark spice emerge slowly, but the structure overwhelms everything else at this stage. This powerful San Lorenzo needs at least a decade before it begins to show grace. Drink 2025-2040.
