Domaine du Pélican Arbois Chardonnay 2013

Apricot and lime zest on the nose, laced with white flowers and a cool stony undercurrent. The palate is lean and precise, nectarine and pithy pear with citrus threading through, minerality matching the fruit every step of the way. Fermented in large casks with minimal new oak, the wood is invisible, letting the wine speak cleanly. Finishes with a light spice and real purity.
