Rich and seamless from the start, with layers of brioche, honeyed apple and warm spice unfolding beautifully. The 50/50 Pinot-Chardonnay blend from Aÿ, Oiry, Chouilly and Avize creates remarkable balance, the wine feels both generous and refined. Fine mousse carries the flavors through a long, elegant finish. Disgorged January 2018, this is drinking perfectly now but has years ahead.
