Dark ruby, almost ink-black at the center. Bitter cherry, blackberry and candied violet lead, underscored by oak spice and a smoky mineral thread running quietly beneath. What's striking here is how the density never turns heavy, the tannins are firm and finely drawn, providing structure without burden, while fresh acidity keeps the whole thing sharply in line. Given time in the glass, the fruit loosens and deepens toward dark berry preserve and lavender, closing on a long, sappy finish with genuine grace. Drink now through 2030.
