Unico at full stretch. The nose opens on blackcurrant, cherry liqueur and pipe tobacco, with cola, dried flowers and exotic spice folding in beneath. Dense and precise on the palate, dark fruit laced with smoke and mocha, building through layers of spice cake before a candied violet note surfaces at the back. Tannins are polished and firm, never crowding the wine, and the finish holds long with mineral and floral persistence. Serious, composed, and built for the long haul. Drink 2025–2055.
