Crushed stone and white pepper frame golden apple and quince, the old-vine intensity immediately apparent. Almost viscous texture from those 80-year-old plantings on schist, with bitter orange peel and dried herbs adding layers. The finish stretches long with honeyed stone fruit emerging. Needs time to integrate fully.
