Ripe peach and apricot lead with real generosity, framed by toasted hazelnut, damp stone, and a faint curl of smoke. Fine bubbles carry the fruit gracefully, and the wine holds its shape well — broad but never heavy. The finish is long, stony, and persistent. Disgorged October 2011.
