Toasted brioche, lemon curd and smoked almond open this serious single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs from Avize's Champ Gain. Beneath the richness lies taut, stony precision — ripe white peach and nectarine flesh held in check by a briny, oyster-shell undercurrent. The concentration here is real, but it never overwhelms the purity that defines great Côte des Blancs. Drink 2024–2035.
