The nose opens quietly, strawberry, dried rose, mocha and damp earth, with a flinty edge that gradually gives way to a pure, almost ethereal fruit-and-flower fragrance Grasso noted was present from fermentation itself. On the palate it's full yet weightless, coating every corner with a tingling generosity that feels effortless rather than powerful. The tannins are perfectly ripe and noble, framing a finish that stains and lingers. Graceful, expressive Nebbiolo at its finest.
