The frame is lean and focused, driven by snappy acidity and stony minerality that cut straight through the red berry fruit. Fine bubbles carry real tension through to a finish with grip, bitter citrus bite, and surprising length. Unadorned and uncompromising, this is single-variety Champagne in its most honest form.
