Rich and serious for a zero-dosage wine. Baked apple, warm brioche and a hint of hazelnut come through with real weight, underpinned by the chalky character of clay-limestone soils worked by 35-40 year old vines. Steel fermentation keeps the Pinot Noir honest — the fruit stays deep and focused rather than soft or blowsy. Long, persistent finish with stony grip at the close.
