Green apple and wet stone dominate, with that distinctive malic bite that marks P2's extended lees aging. The palate cuts like a blade, linear, almost austere, with driving acidity that borders on aggressive. This intensity defines the wine's character rather than detracts from it. Give it two more years to soften those sharp edges.
