Rich golden hue with honeyed stone fruit, candied lemon and toasted brioche leading the charge. The mousse is creamy and persistent, while mineral undertones provide backbone to the generous fruit. Shows beautiful maturity with hints of hazelnut and spice on the long finish. Drinking beautifully now with lovely completeness.
