Expressive aromatics of lemon confit, white flowers and mint lead to a more restrained palate. Apricot, honey and chamomile emerge with air, but the tropical exuberance of the original release is notably absent. Extended lees aging has created a more mineral, focused expression that diverges dramatically from its sibling's buttery richness.
