Golden amber with serious depth. Toasted hazelnuts, honeyed apple and mineral smoke layer with dried chamomile and orange peel. The mousse remains fine despite early tertiary development softening the edges. Drinking beautifully now with two decades of evolution ahead. The Chardonnay-dominant blend (43%) shows in the wine's crystalline precision.
