Honeyed stone fruit and toasted nuts dominate this full-bodied 2000. Extended lees contact brings richness and weight, though at the expense of finesse. The 56% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir blend shows oxidative complexity but feels heavy-handed for the vintage. Drinking well now through 2025.
