Rich amber hue. Pinot Noir dominates with earthy leather, dried fruit and warm spices. The mousse has softened beautifully, creating an almost Burgundian texture that speaks to two decades of evolution. Fennel and licorice notes emerge on the long, mineral finish. This single-vineyard Ambonnay has reached full maturity.
