Dried Morello cherry, roasted hazelnut, and warm brioche give way to hints of candied orange peel and beeswax, the unmistakable language of a fully mature prestige rosé. On the palate, the texture is lush and almost waxy, yet a razor-sharp acidity keeps everything in line, drawing the finish out long and clean. This is 1996 at its apex: concentrated, composed, and completely sure of itself.
