History
Jordan acquired the 14 acre site on Olivet Road in 2011, already planted, and converted the farming to organics immediately. It sits beside Olivet Lane, one of the Russian River Valley's founding Pinot Noir vineyards, and shares its varietal DNA.
The Site

Vines and Blocks
Pinot Noir from Martini, Swan and Calera selections leads, with Chardonnay alongside and two oddities that mark the ranch: small plots of Chenin Blanc and Savagnin grafted in recent years.
The Wines
Failla's Olivet Ranch Pinot Noir is the label's warm-corridor expression, floral and spice-driven; the Chardonnay joins the estate range, and the Chenin Blanc and Savagnin are made in tiny lots.
