Mountain-grown Cabernet with serious mineral spine and coffee-tinged depth.

Dense blackcurrant mingles with wild sage and rosemary. Espresso notes weave through the mid-palate. Slate minerality provides backbone. Violet florals emerge with air. Tannins grip without overpowering. Fresh acidity keeps it lively. Finish lingers with herb and stone. Ready now but will improve through 2025.

🍷 You want Sonoma mountain character without Napa pricing and appreciate mineral-driven reds.

Pairs with: Herb-crusted lamb, Grilled portobello mushrooms, Aged hard cheeses, Coffee-rubbed steak
