Pale straw. Restrained nose opens slowly - white flowers, chalk dust, hint of citrus peel. Mouth feel electric. Mineral spine cuts through subtle oak. Finish lingers with saline notes. Classic Roulot precision. Needs time to fully express itself. Peak drinking 2025-2032.
