Wild, mineral-driven Pinot that captures coastal fog and granite soils perfectly.

Wild strawberry bursts from glass. Rose petals, wet herbs follow. Truffle earthiness emerges with air. Palate shows serious structure - chalk minerality cuts through fruit core. Herbs persist on long finish. This 2018 drinks beautifully now but has years ahead. Classic coastal Pinot with real depth. Terroir speaks loudly here.

🍷 You crave Pinot that tastes like place, not winemaker manipulation.

Pairs with: Duck breast with cherry gastrique, Herb-crusted salmon, Mushroom risotto, Grilled lamb chops
