Wild coastal Pinot with truffle earthiness and electric mineral tension.

Wild strawberry leaps from glass. Rose petals, wet herbs, forest floor. Truffle funk emerges with air. Palate shows electric acidity, chalky minerality cutting through red fruit. Silky tannins frame earthy core. Finish lingers with mineral salt, dried herbs. Peak drinking 2023-2030.

🍷 You crave Burgundian elegance with California sunshine and fog-kissed minerality.

Pairs with: Duck breast with cherry gastrique, Wild mushroom risotto, Grilled salmon with herbs, Aged goat cheese
