Mineral-driven Pinot with remarkable depth and aromatic complexity.

Dark cherry bursts forward. Lavender perfume weaves through graphite minerality. Sage herbs add savory complexity. Iron-laced tannins provide structure without overwhelming delicate fruit. Mid-palate shows remarkable concentration—this vintage captures Russian River's cooler sites perfectly. Graphite minerals persist through lengthy finish. Drinking beautifully now but will develop further nuance through 2028. Hobbs' restraint allows terroir to shine. Outstanding vintage for this producer.

🍷 You crave Pinot with Burgundian mineral backbone but California fruit intensity.

Pairs with: Duck breast with cherry gastrique, Grilled lamb with herbs de Provence, Wild mushroom risotto, Aged Gruyère
