Textbook Boudots with iron spine and silky fruit integration.

Classic red cherry and raspberry lead. Cedar and spice from careful oak treatment. Mineral backbone speaks to Boudots terroir - limestone and iron earth. Silky texture belies firm structure underneath. Tannins present but refined, never harsh. Long finish with red fruit persistence and stony minerals. Peak drinking 2025-2035. Shows Méo-Camuzet's deft touch with premier cru fruit. Elegant rather than powerful.

🍷 You want textbook Burgundian elegance with enough structure to cellar a decade.

Pairs with: Duck breast with cherry reduction, Coq au vin, Aged Époisses cheese, Wild mushroom risotto
