Bright strawberry opens with white pepper bite. Chamomile florals weave through mid-palate. Sea salt minerality speaks to coastal origin. Thyme and herb notes add savory depth. Clean finish with lingering spice. Drinking beautifully now but will evolve gracefully through 2027.
