Bright strawberry leads, followed by white pepper bite and chamomile florals. Sea salt minerality threads through the palate - pure coastal influence. Thyme adds herbal complexity without overwhelming the fruit. Medium body with silky texture. Finish carries that distinctive briny quality that separates coast from inland. Ready now, good through 2025.
