Coastal fog meets volcanic soil in transcendent expression.
Blood orange zest opens with lavender perfume. Crushed stone minerality cuts through herb-laced fruit. Wild thyme and sage dance with iron undertones. Silky texture belies serious structure beneath. Finish extends endlessly - citrus pith, crushed granite, dried flowers. This 2015 captures Sonoma Coast's essence: maritime coolness, volcanic intensity. Drinking beautifully now but has decade-plus potential. Littorai's finest work.
🍷 You worship at the altar of terroir-driven wines that whisper secrets of fog and stone.
Pairs with: Duck breast with lavender honey, Wild mushroom risotto, Herb-crusted lamb, Aged goat cheese
