Forest-floor Pinot with serious mineral spine from coastal fog influence.

Red cherry leads. Pine needles, forest floor underneath. Bramble adds wild edge. Serious minerality cuts through fruitโ€”classic coastal character. Smoke threads through finish. Tannins present but refined. This vintage drinks beautifully now but has years ahead. Pure expression of site.

๐Ÿท You want Pinot that tastes like place, not winemaker tricks.

Pairs with: Wild mushroom risotto, Herb-crusted salmon, Duck breast with cherry gastrique, Aged goat cheese
