Dark, brooding Pinot with serious earthen backbone and spice complexity.

Dense black cherry core wrapped in violet perfume and forest floor earthiness. Clove and sassafras weave through the mid-palate, adding exotic spice layers rarely found in Russian River Pinots. Loamy minerality grounds the fruit without overwhelming. Silky tannins support concentrated flavors that linger with warm spice. This 2012 drinks beautifully now but has another decade ahead. Serious Pinot that rewards contemplation.

🍷 You want Pinot Noir with Burgundian soul but California sunshine warmth.

Pairs with: Duck confit with cherry gastrique, Wild mushroom risotto, Herb-crusted lamb rack, Aged goat cheese
