Earthy, spiced Pinot with serious Russian River character and surprising depth.

Dark cherry mingles with violet florals and forest floor earthiness. Clove spice threads through the mid-palate alongside loamy minerality. Sassafras adds distinctive herbal complexity on the finish. Well-structured tannins support without overwhelming. This 2011 drinks beautifully now but has grip for another 3-4 years. Classic cool-climate expression with personality.

🍷 You want sophisticated Pinot that tastes like place, not just fruit.

Pairs with: Duck confit with herbs, Mushroom risotto, Grilled salmon with rosemary, Aged goat cheese
