Sophisticated Pinot with cola depth and herbal complexity.

Cherry cola richness opens with rose petals and pine forest notes. Tamarind tang cuts through the fruit, while fennel adds herbal intrigue. Medium-bodied with silky tannins. Earthy finish lingers with spice. Drinking beautifully now but structured enough for five more years.

🍷 You want Burgundian complexity without the price tag and love herbaceous Pinots.

Pairs with: Duck confit with cherry gastrique, Grilled salmon with fennel, Mushroom risotto, Herb-crusted lamb
