Dauvissat's entry Chablis punches above its weight with mineral precision.
Lemon zest and crushed shells leap from glass. Mouth waters with green apple tartness, wet stone minerality. Clean finish with subtle oak whispers. Drinks beautifully now but will reward three years cellaring. Pure Chablis character at accessible price.
