Lime zest and crushed shells leap from the glass. Mouth floods with saline minerality, electric acidity slicing through concentrated citrus core. Finishes with surgical precision—no fat, no flab. Classic Kimmeridgian soil expression. This 2019 needs five years to fully unfold its complexity. Pure Chablis DNA.
